The driver does not hand out our number or card, and we never contact your guests to sell them a trip.

How does an agency book with us?
One message is enough to start.
- Send the itinerary. Dates, pickup, route or tour, guests, luggage and the name for the board, by WhatsApp or call.
- Get the car and the agent rate. We suggest the vehicle and send your agent rate.
- Confirm. Confirm by WhatsApp; a part-advance may be agreed for long tours.
- Get the driver details. Before pickup: the driver's name, phone and car number, to your agency.
- Invoice and pay. GST invoice to your agency; pay after the trip or on the monthly invoice.

How do you estimate any tour?
Kilometres or 300 a day, whichever is more, times the rate, plus ₹300 a day. Move the days and pick the car; the estimator starts at a 3-day tour of up to 900 km.

A sedan takes 4 guests, an Ertiga 6 and an Innova Crysta 7. With big suitcases on a multi-day tour, plan one seat less than the maximum. Larger groups travel in two cars or in our own Tempo Travellers and buses, quoted on call.

What are the terms for agencies?
Agent rates on request, a GST invoice in your agency's name, payment by bank transfer or after the trip, a monthly invoice with credit for regular agencies, and a part-advance that may be agreed for long tours.
