This policy explains what personal information Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or book a taxi with us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Booking form: pickup and drop location, date and time, trip type, vehicle, number of passengers, your name, mobile number, email (optional) and any notes. The form does not store these on our website: it opens WhatsApp with your message, and you choose whether to send it.
• Contact form: your name, email, subject and message. These are emailed to us through EmailJS.
• Calls and WhatsApp: your phone number and anything you tell us to arrange the trip.
• Website usage: Google Analytics records pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and clicks on our call and WhatsApp buttons. Hotjar records how visitors use the home, services and contact pages (clicks, scrolling and page recordings). Both use cookies. They do not give us your name.

How we use it

• To confirm, plan and carry out your trip, and to contact you about it.
• To reply to your questions.
• To understand which pages help customers, so we can improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information. Any offer that applies to your trip is applied directly on your invoice.

Who we share it with

• Your driver: your name, phone number and pickup details, so they can reach you.
• Service providers that run parts of the website: Meta (WhatsApp), EmailJS, Google (Analytics) and Hotjar. They process data under their own privacy policies.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Our vehicles have GPS tracking for fleet management and passenger safety, so trip routes are recorded.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records long-term for our accounts, tax records and your service history. You can ask us to delete your personal details at any time, except where the law requires us to keep them.

Your choices

• You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling or emailing us.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without them.
