Changing or cancelling a booking

• To change or cancel, call or WhatsApp us on +91 99745 30788, or email us, at least 8 hours before the pickup time.
• Cancelling 8 hours or more before pickup: free of charge.
• Cancelling less than 8 hours before pickup: no cancellation fee, but please tell us as early as possible.
• Once the vehicle has left our garage for your pickup, cancellation charges apply. This includes a no-show, when the driver reaches the pickup point and the passenger does not come.

Refunds

• No advance payment is needed. If you have paid anything before the trip, refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer within 24 hours.
• If we cancel a confirmed booking, you pay nothing and any amount you paid is refunded in full.

Trips cut short

If you end a trip early, the fare is based on the distance and time actually used, subject to the minimum charges in our Terms & Conditions.
