What do we do for wedding and event planners?
We move the guests: arrivals from the airport and stations with your name on the board, shuttles between the hotels and the venues, cars on call for the families, and departures at the end. Cars run at our per-km rates, or as full-day cars at the 300 km minimum; Tempo Travellers and buses are quoted on call. Decorated wedding cars are not supplied.
Step by step
How do we plan the transport for an event?
It starts with your guest list and ends with the last departure.
- Send the plan. Event days, venues, hotels, and the arrival and departure list (flights and trains).
- We build the schedule. Which car meets whom, which shuttle runs when, and which cars stay on call.
- You approve. You confirm the vehicles and the agent rate.
- Driver list to you. Before the first arrival, the list of drivers, cars and phone numbers goes to your team.
- Event days. One coordinator on our side; changes go through your team.
- One invoice. All vehicles and days on one GST invoice to your company.

Which car fits your group?
A sedan takes 4 guests, an Ertiga 6 and an Innova Crysta 7. With big suitcases on a multi-day tour, plan one seat less than the maximum. Larger groups travel in two cars or in our own Tempo Travellers and buses, quoted on call.

What should planners know?
Late nights, wedding seasons, and decoration.
- Late nights: sangeets and receptions end late; returns between 10 PM and 6 AM carry the 20% night charge.
- Seasons: the winter wedding season and auspicious dates fill cars quickly; send the dates as soon as they are fixed.
- Decoration: we do not supply decorated wedding cars. If the family decorates a car, tell us first.
- Name boards: the board can carry your company's name, the event's name or the family's.
- Out of town guests can extend into a city tour or a short Gujarat tour.
For agencies
What are the terms for agencies?
Agent rates on request, a GST invoice in your agency's name, payment by bank transfer or after the trip, a monthly invoice with credit for regular agencies, and a part-advance that may be agreed for long tours.

Do you supply decorated wedding cars?
No. We supply cars for guest transport; the family or the planner arranges any decoration.
Can you meet many flights on the same day?
Yes. Send the arrival list and we plan one car per arrival, or shared pickups for close arrivals.
How much is a car for a full event day?
At public rates, a full day is ₹3,900 in a sedan, ₹4,200 in an Ertiga and ₹5,700 in an Innova Crysta (300 km minimum with the driver allowance). Agent rates are lower, on request.
Do you work for events outside Ahmedabad?
Yes, anywhere in Gujarat and in Rajasthan, for example Udaipur weddings with guests flying into Ahmedabad.
Can the board show the event name?
Yes: your company's name, the event's name or the family's name.
