What does a day with a car cost?
A full-day hire is billed at the 300 km minimum plus the ₹300 driver allowance, even for city driving: ₹3,900 in a sedan, ₹4,200 in an Ertiga, ₹5,700 in an Innova Crysta. Half-day and hourly packages exist and are quoted on call.

Old-city lanes are narrow: a sedan or Ertiga gets closest to the sights. For groups, a Tempo Traveller parks outside the old city and the guests walk in with the heritage walk.

What should you plan around?
Walk timings, dress codes and the Friday prayers.
- Heritage walk: the city's morning walk starts early; the driver gets the guests to the start point on time.
- Mosques: dress modestly; Sidi Saiyyed and Jama Masjid are best avoided during Friday midday prayers.
- Museums: some museums close one day a week or need an advance booking; check before you fix the plan.
- Summer: from April to June, keep the walking for the early morning.

How much is a full-day car for Ahmedabad sightseeing?
At our public rates, ₹3,900 in a sedan, ₹4,200 in an Ertiga and ₹5,700 in an Innova Crysta for the full day (300 km minimum with the driver allowance). Agent rates are lower, on request.
Is there a half-day rate?
Yes. Half-day and hourly packages exist and are quoted on call.
Does the driver act as a guide?
No. The driver knows the stops and the parking, but he is not a licensed guide. Book a guide separately if the guests want one.
Can the city tour include an airport pickup?
Yes. A morning pickup at Ahmedabad Airport and the city tour can be one full day.
Can the car go into the old city?
Partly: some lanes are too narrow for cars. The driver drops the guests at the nearest point and meets them at the other end.
