Everything we claim can be checked before you pay a rupee: our 4.9 rating on Google, our branch on the map at Hansalpur Circle, our published rates and terms, and our GST registration on the invoice. If a claim on this page cannot be checked, we leave it out.

Choosing a taxi company is mostly about trust: will the car come, will the price stay the same, and will someone answer the phone at 3 AM? The table below lists what we say about ourselves and how you can check each point yourself.

Which services do we run, and what makes each one different?

We run eight kinds of trips from one number: local taxis around Becharaji, Ahmedabad Airport transfers, outstation and one-way trips, temple and pilgrimage trips, company and plant transport, pickups across Ahmedabad, group travel, and tours. Where can we take you across Gujarat?

From our branch in Becharaji we drive to about 100 places with a published fare: villages and plants nearby, Mehsana and Patan, Ahmedabad and its airport, temples such as Ambaji, Somnath and Dwarka, cities such as Rajkot, Vadodara and Surat, and Rajasthan, including Udaipur and Mount Abu.

Open a group to see the distance, the usual drive time and the one-way fare in a sedan. Every place name links to its own route page, with the Ertiga and Innova Crysta fares, the route and the questions travellers ask. One-way fares are indicative; tolls, parking and state tax are extra, and we confirm the exact fare when you book.

How are our prices set, and what is included?

Our prices are per kilometre and published: Sedan (Swift Dzire) ₹12, Ertiga ₹13 and Innova Crysta ₹18, with a minimum of ₹1,000, ₹1,100 and ₹1,500 a booking. The rates are the same every day of the year, and we confirm the fare before the trip starts.

• Extra, at actual cost: tolls, parking and state tax.
• Night: 20% more for driving between 10 PM and 6 AM.
• Waiting: the first 30 minutes are free, then ₹100 an hour.
• Outstation and full-day hire: at least 300 km a day, plus ₹300 a day driver allowance.
• Offers: one-way drops (pay one side only), 10% off when you book in advance, and ₹1,700 for your first Becharaji ↔ Ahmedabad Airport ride in a sedan.

How should you plan your trip with us?

Book early for flights, festival days and long trips. From Becharaji, leave about 6 hours before a domestic flight and about 7 hours before an international one. On Poonam days and in Navratri the temple town is crowded, so book and start early. Night driving adds 20%.

When to leave Becharaji for a flight from Ahmedabad Airport

Temple days in Becharaji

The Bahuchar Mata temple is busiest on Poonam (full moon) days, during Navratri, and at the Chaitra and Ashwin Poonam fairs. On those days, book early and start early. The dates are on our Bahucharaji temple taxi page.

What a trip costs: four examples

Add 20% for the part of a trip between 10 PM and 6 AM, and tolls, parking and state tax at actual cost (Rajasthan trips pay Rajasthan state tax). Book in advance and 10% comes off the invoice.

How do we keep passengers safe?

Every car is GPS-tracked, commercially permitted and insured, and carries a fire extinguisher, working seat belts and a spare tyre. Each driver's commercial licence is checked before they drive for us, and you get the driver's name, phone and car number before pickup.

Why does it help that we are a local company?

Our branch is at Hansalpur Circle, Becharaji, next to the SMG plant, and our head office is in Ahmedabad. Cars start close to you, drivers know the plant gates and the temple days, and the person who answers the phone is part of the same company that sends the car.

• Close to the plants: the SMG plant's main gate is on the Becharaji–Naviyani road, a short drive from our branch.
• Close to the temple: we know the Navratri and Poonam rush in Becharaji and plan cars around it.
• Two bases: trips can start from Becharaji or from Ahmedabad, at the same rates.
• Your language: we speak English, Gujarati and Hindi.
• A backup car: if a car breaks down or a driver can't come, we send another car.

We suit anyone who wants a confirmed fare, a known driver and a car that comes on time: families, pilgrims, airport travellers, business visitors, plant and factory staff, groups and wedding guests, women travelling alone, and parents travelling without their children.

What do companies get from us?

Companies get one vendor for every vehicle type, a GST invoice, a monthly invoice and bank transfer once approved, a GPS portal login and trip reports, a written agreement and a trial period if they want one. We serve staff at the plants; we never name a company as our client.

What should you compare between taxi services?

Compare what is included, not only the first price you hear: whether the fare is fixed before the trip, the night and waiting charges, who pays tolls and state tax, the advance, the cancellation rule, the invoice, and who answers if something goes wrong. Here is our answer to each.

What don't we do?

We would rather you know our limits before you book: we don't take card payments, we have no app, we have no wheelchair-accessible vehicles, we don't decorate wedding cars, and Tempo Traveller and bus fares are quoted on call rather than published.

What happens on a trip with us, step by step?

You book by phone or WhatsApp and get the fare confirmed. Before pickup you receive the driver's name, phone and car number. The car comes to your door, the trip is GPS-tracked, and you pay only at the end, by cash or UPI, with a GST invoice if you ask.

How do you book a taxi with us?

Call or WhatsApp +91 99745 30788 with your pickup, drop, date and time. We confirm the car and the fare, send the driver's details before pickup, and you pay at the end of the trip by cash or UPI. No advance, no app.

1. Call or WhatsApp. Share your pickup point, drop, date and time, in English, Gujarati or Hindi.
2. Get the fare confirmed. We confirm the car and the fare, including tolls, parking or the night charge if they apply.
3. Get the driver's details. Before pickup we send the driver's name, phone number and car number.
4. Travel, then pay. Pay the driver at the end by cash or UPI. Ask for a GST invoice if you need one.
