What do we supply for school and college tours?
Our own buses and Tempo Travellers for the students, with a car for teachers or staff if you want one, on day trips and multi-day tours across Gujarat. Every vehicle is GPS-tracked so the organiser and the school can see where the group is. Group vehicles are quoted on call; agencies get agent rates on request.

How do we keep student groups safe?
Steady driving, checked papers, tracking and a clear plan.
- Papers: every vehicle is commercially permitted and insured; RC, insurance, permit, fitness and PUC are kept valid and can be shown on request.
- Drivers: each driver's commercial licence is checked before he drives for us.
- Tracking: every vehicle is GPS-tracked; we share the live location with the organiser.
- Head counts: the driver waits for the teacher's go-ahead at every stop.
- Breakdowns: if a vehicle breaks down, we send another.
- Daylight: we plan long drives in daylight where we can.

Which car fits your group?
Move the slider to the group size. Groups of more than 14 usually travel in a Tempo Traveller or a bus, quoted on call; teachers can follow in a car.

For agencies
What are the terms for agencies?
Agent rates on request, a GST invoice in your agency's name, payment by bank transfer or after the trip, a monthly invoice with credit for regular agencies, and a part-advance that may be agreed for long tours.

- At least 300 km a day, plus ₹300 a day driver allowance
- Driver on tour
- The allowance covers the driver's food; the agency or hotel arranges the driver's night stay
- Extras
- Tolls, parking and state tax at actual cost; 20% for driving between 10 PM and 6 AM
- White-label
- Name board with your agency's name; we never contact your customers to sell
- Payment
- Cash or UPI after the trip, or bank transfer; monthly invoice and credit for regular agencies
- Long tours
- A part-advance may be agreed for long multi-day tours

- GST invoice in your agency's name
- Cancellation
- Free at least 8 hours before pickup; charges once the car has left the garage

Yes, across Gujarat. The organiser or the hotel arranges the drivers' night stay.
