How do we run pilgrimage tours for agencies?
You send the temples, the dates and the number of pilgrims; we plan the route around darshan and aarti times and supply the vehicles: cars for families, our own Tempo Travellers and buses for larger groups. Cars are billed at public per-km rates (agent rates lower, on request); group vehicles are quoted on call.

How much does a yatra cost by car?
By car, a yatra is billed like any tour: kilometres or 300 a day, times the rate, plus ₹300 a day. A 4-day yatra of up to 1,200 km is ₹15,600 in a sedan at public rates. Groups in Tempo Travellers or buses are quoted on call.

Pilgrim families often travel with older relatives: an Ertiga or Innova Crysta gives easier steps in and out. Groups of 8 and more travel in two cars, a Tempo Traveller or a bus, quoted on call.

Planning notes
What makes pilgrimage tours different?
Timing, crowds and the needs of older pilgrims.
- Darshan and aarti times fix the day: temples close for part of the afternoon, and the morning and evening aartis draw the crowds. The driver plans the drives between them.
- Festival days (Janmashtami, Shravan, Navratri, full moons) bring very large crowds and road closures; add time, or choose other dates.
- Early starts: pilgrims often want the first aarti; early starts before 6 AM add the 20% night charge for those hours.
- Older pilgrims: tell us about wheelchairs or walking difficulty. We do not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, but drivers help with boarding and luggage.
- Dress and food: the driver knows where to stop for pure vegetarian meals on the way.

Every car is GPS-tracked, and we can share the live location with you while your guests travel.

What are the terms for agencies?
Agent rates on request, a GST invoice in your agency's name, payment by bank transfer or after the trip, a monthly invoice with credit for regular agencies, and a part-advance that may be agreed for long tours.

Yes, our own Tempo Travellers and buses, quoted on call. Smaller groups travel in cars.
Can the tour start before dawn for the morning aarti?
Yes, 24/7. Driving between 10 PM and 6 AM adds 20% for those hours.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
No. Drivers help older pilgrims with boarding and luggage.
Which temples can be combined in one yatra?
Any of them: for example Ambaji, Bahucharaji, Modhera and Pavagadh in 3 days, or Dwarka, Somnath and Ambaji in a week. Tell us the list and we plan the route.
Do you book darshan passes or hotels?
No. We provide the vehicles and drivers; your agency books the hotels and any passes.
