Most of our company transport runs around the Maruti Suzuki (SMG) plant at Hansalpur, near Becharaji: staff and visitors for every gate of the plant, for the vendor companies that supply it, and for the TDSG and Honda plants nearby, in and around the Mandal–Becharaji industrial zone (MBSIR). The same process works for an office in Ahmedabad, an institution, or any company in Gujarat that needs staff, visitor or airport transport.

Why add a transport vendor based next to the SMG plant?

Our branch is at Hansalpur Circle, near the SMG plant, so cars and drivers are already close to the gates when a shift changes. We serve every SMG gate and SMG's vendor companies, run 24/7, and offer sedans to buses under one vendor, with GPS tracking and a GST invoice on every trip.

A vendor based in Mehsana or Ahmedabad may first have to drive 40 to 110 km before an early pickup. A vendor already at Hansalpur starts close to the gates, which helps with cars that arrive on time for the first shift and drivers who already know which gate each team uses.

How do you make us your transport vendor?

Tell us what you need, take our vendor profile and registration details, send us your vendor form, agree rates and terms in writing, plan the routes against your shifts, then start with one route or the full roster. Every step happens by phone, WhatsApp or email, and no advance or deposit is needed.

1. Tell us what you need. Shift timings, headcount, pickup points, vehicle types and a start date, by call, WhatsApp or email.
2. Get our vendor profile. We send our GST and MSME registration details and our one-page Company & Vendor Profile PDF.
3. Share your vendor form. Send your registration form or checklist, and we fill it in and return it with the details it asks for.
4. Agree rates and terms in writing. The per-km rate for each vehicle, plus how tolls, parking, the night charge, waiting and driver allowance work.
5. Plan routes and shifts. We map pickup points to your shift timings and to the plant gate each team uses.
6. Start with one route or the full roster. Begin with a few trips or one shift if you want to see us work first, at the same per-km rates.
7. Run trips with one 24/7 number. A GST invoice on every trip, offers applied on the invoice, and one number for bookings, changes and problems.

We provide our GST and MSME registration details, a one-page Company & Vendor Profile PDF with both addresses, fleet and rates, and our rates and terms in writing. If your checklist asks for anything else, tell us before you submit and we confirm what we can provide.

• MSME registration: we are MSME-registered; details on request, for companies that track MSME suppliers.

For a full shift group, we arrange a Tempo Traveller or a bus. Tell us the headcount and route, and we quote on call.

What rates and terms go into the vendor agreement?

Companies pay the same published per-km rates as everyone else: sedan ₹12/km, Ertiga ₹13/km and Innova Crysta ₹18/km, with Tempo Traveller and bus quoted on call. Tolls, parking and state tax are extra at actual cost, and night trips from 10 PM to 6 AM carry a 20% charge.

There is no flat monthly package: every trip is billed per km on actual distance, so you pay for what your staff actually travel. The rates above are the ones published on this site today, and we confirm them in writing for your vendor file.

How does shift transport around the SMG plant work?

We serve every gate of the SMG plant, SMG's vendor companies and the TDSG and Honda plants around Hansalpur and the MBSIR zone. You share shift timings and pickup points, we plan routes and vehicle sizes, and cars run 24/7, including late-shift drops, with the 20% night charge between 10 PM and 6 AM.

• Pickup areas: Becharaji, Hansalpur, Vithlapur, Jalisana, Naviyani, Bechar and the rest of Mehsana district, plus Ahmedabad.
• Vehicle sizing: a sedan carries 4, an Ertiga 6 and an Innova Crysta 7; a Tempo Traveller or bus takes a larger shift group.
• Shift changes: early, general and late shifts, including drops after midnight.
• Changes on the day: one call or WhatsApp to the same number for an extra pickup, a delay or an added stop.
• Visitors and audits: station, hotel and airport pickups for visiting teams, with a driver who knows the gate.

How do billing and payment work for companies?

Every trip is billed per km on actual distance, with a GST invoice for each trip and offers applied on the invoice. No advance or deposit is needed. Payment is by cash or UPI only; we don't take cards, wallets or bank transfer. Ask us about weekly or monthly invoicing for a standing arrangement.

• GST invoice: issued for every trip, for your accounts and expense records.
• No advance: nothing to pay before trips start.
• Cash or UPI: the only payment methods we accept, including UPI from a company account.
• Invoicing rhythm: ask us about weekly or monthly invoicing when you set up a regular arrangement.
• Cancellation: free up to 8 hours before pickup and no fee under 8 hours either, but charges apply once the car has left the garage, including no-shows. Refunds go by UPI or bank transfer within 24 hours.

What should you check before adding any transport vendor?

Check that the vendor puts rates and extras in writing, explains night and waiting charges, tracks every car, answers 24/7, can supply every vehicle size you need, issues a GST invoice per trip, and accepts a payment method your accounts team can use. Ask these questions of any vendor, including us.

1. Rates in writing. Per-km rates by vehicle, and a clear list of what is extra (tolls, parking, state tax).
2. Night and waiting charges. When the night charge starts and ends, and how waiting is billed when a shift runs late.
3. Tracking. Whether every car is GPS-tracked, not just some of the fleet.
4. A 24/7 contact. One number that answers at 2 AM when a late-shift drop needs changing.
5. Vehicle range and backup. Whether one vendor can cover sedans, MUVs and group vehicles, so a breakdown or a bigger shift doesn't leave staff waiting.
6. Invoicing. A GST invoice on every trip, in a form your accounts team accepts.
7. Payment method. Whether the vendor's payment terms fit your accounts process before you sign.
8. Local knowledge. Whether drivers know the plant gates, shift timings and village pickup points.
