How do we meet your guests at the station?
Send us the train number, the coach and the date. We follow the train's running status, and the driver meets the guests at the station exit, or at the coach for older guests, with your agency's name on the board. City transfers start at the ₹1,000 sedan minimum at public rates; agent rates are lower, on request.
Step by step
What happens from booking to drop?
The same simple flow as our airport pickups, adjusted for trains.
- Send the train. Train number, coach, date, guests, bags and the drop point.
- We confirm. The car, the agent rate and the name for the board.
- Driver details to you. Before arrival we send the driver's name, phone number and car number.
- Meet at the station. The driver tracks the train and meets the guests at the exit, or at the coach if you ask.
- Drop and update. Drop at the hotel or the start of the tour, and a message to you.

Which car fits your group?
A sedan takes 4 guests, an Ertiga 6 and an Innova Crysta 7. With big suitcases on a multi-day tour, plan one seat less than the maximum. Larger groups travel in two cars or in our own Tempo Travellers and buses, quoted on call.

What makes station pickups different?
Trains run late, platforms change, and exits are crowded.
- Late trains: we follow the running status, so the driver arrives for the real arrival time, not the timetable.
- Platform meet: for older guests or heavy luggage, tell us the coach number and the driver meets them on the platform.
- Crowds: station exits are busy; the name board and the driver's phone number make the meeting quick.
- Coolies: the driver helps with bags to the car; porter charges inside the station, if used, are paid by the guests.
- Tours by train: many Saurashtra and Kutch tours start at a station there; the car meets the train and the tour begins.

What are the terms for agencies?
Agent rates on request, a GST invoice in your agency's name, payment by bank transfer or after the trip, and a monthly invoice with credit for regular agencies.

Can the driver meet our guests on the platform?
Yes. Send us the coach number and the driver meets the guests at the coach; useful for older guests and heavy bags.
What if the train is late?
We track the running status and adjust the pickup. Waiting is 30 minutes free, then ₹100 an hour, at public rates.
How much is a pickup from Ahmedabad Junction?
At public rates, most transfers to city hotels fall within the minimum fare: ₹1,000 in a sedan, ₹1,100 in an Ertiga, ₹1,500 in an Innova Crysta. Agent rates are lower, on request.
Do you pick up at stations outside Ahmedabad?
Yes, at any station in Gujarat, usually as the start of a tour.
Do you pick up at night?
