Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every taxi, cab and car rental booked with Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels by phone, WhatsApp or this website.

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you by phone or WhatsApp.
• We recommend booking 24–48 hours ahead. Last-minute bookings depend on availability.
• Please share correct pickup, drop, date, time and passenger details. Changes may change the fare.

Fares and charges

• Per-km rates: Sedan (Swift Dzire) ₹12/km, Ertiga ₹13/km, Innova ₹18/km. Other vehicles, including Tempo Traveller and buses, are quoted on request.
• Becharaji to Ahmedabad Airport: ₹2500 fixed fare.
• Outstation trips are charged for a minimum of 300 km per day.
• Driver allowance: ₹300 per day on outstation trips.
• Tolls, parking and state entry taxes are extra, at actual cost.
• Night charge: 20% extra for travel between 10 PM and 6 AM.
• Waiting: the first 30 minutes are free, then ₹100 per hour.
• Fares shown on the website are estimates. The final fare depends on the actual distance, time and route.

Payment

• No advance payment is needed.
• We accept cash and UPI.

During the trip

• The number of passengers and amount of luggage must fit the vehicle booked.
• Passengers are responsible for their belongings, and for any damage they cause to the vehicle.

Delays

We plan every trip to be on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, breakdowns or other events outside our control, including missed flights or trains. Please allow extra time for airport and railway trips.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute is handled by the courts in Mehsana district (Becharaji), Gujarat.
