How do we move a group of 8 or more?

Either several cars running together (for example two Innova Crystas for up to 14 guests), or one of our own Tempo Travellers or buses. Cars are billed at our per-km rates with the usual 300 km a day minimum on tours; Tempo Travellers and buses are quoted on call. Agencies get agent rates on request.

What do several cars cost at public rates?

Each car is billed on its own: kilometres or 300 a day, times the rate, plus ₹300 a day. Move the "cars" slider to see two or three cars on the same tour. Tempo Travellers and buses are quoted on call.

What are the terms for agencies?

Agent rates on request, a GST invoice in your agency's name, payment by bank transfer or after the trip, a monthly invoice with credit for regular agencies, and a part-advance that may be agreed for long tours.

Agent rates: Special rates for agencies, on request (call or WhatsApp)
Public rates: Sedan ₹12/km · Ertiga ₹13/km · Innova Crysta ₹18/km
Multi-day tours: At least 300 km a day, plus ₹300 a day driver allowance
Driver on tour: The allowance covers the driver's food; the agency or hotel arranges the driver's night stay
Extras: Tolls, parking and state tax at actual cost; 20% for driving between 10 PM and 6 AM
White-label: Name board with your agency's name; we never contact your customers to sell
Payment: Cash or UPI after the trip, or bank transfer; monthly invoice and credit for regular agencies
Long tours: A part-advance may be agreed for long multi-day tours
Invoice: GST invoice in your agency's name
Cancellation: Free at least 8 hours before pickup; charges once the car has left the garage

It depends on the route and the days; ask us and we compare both for your group.

Yes. Every driver meets the group with your agency's name.

Do you supply buses for large pilgrim groups?

Who arranges the drivers' stay on a group tour?

The agency or the hotels, as on every tour. The ₹300 a day allowance covers each driver's food.
