Sanand grew from a small town into one of Gujarat's biggest industrial clusters: GIDC's Sanand estate covers about 2,056 hectares, with ten product-based cluster zones in its Sanand II area at Bol, and the newer Sanand III estate at Khoraj adds about 612 hectares more. Public reports put more than 500 units in the area, from automobile and auto-component plants to electronics and the Micron semiconductor assembly-and-test site. That means thousands of people moving every shift, plus a steady flow of visitors, auditors and new joiners who arrive by air.
Buses and private cars cover part of that. What they don't cover well is the 2 AM shift drop, the auditor landing at Terminal 2, or the plant that needs four extra cars tomorrow. That is the gap this page and the pages under it are about.

How much does a cab from Sanand GIDC cost?
Fares follow the distance and the car: sedan ₹12/km, Ertiga ₹13/km and Innova Crysta ₹18/km, with a minimum fare per booking of ₹1,000, ₹1,100 and ₹1,500 respectively. Sanand is close to most places people go, so most one-way drops out of the estate cost exactly ₹1,000 in a sedan; pick a place below to see yours.
Two things change the number. A pickup or drop between 10 PM and 6 AM adds 20%, and tolls and parking are paid at actual cost. Round trips, full-day hire and outstation trips are billed on a 300 km a day minimum, so ask for a quote. Nothing is charged in advance, and booking ahead takes 10% off. For a regular arrangement, companies get a quote per vehicle and month instead of per trip.

How much is a taxi from Sanand GIDC to Ahmedabad Airport?
The estate is about 35 km from SVPI Airport, short enough that each car's minimum fare applies: ₹1,000 one way in a sedan, ₹1,100 in an Ertiga or ₹1,500 in an Innova Crysta. Tolls, parking and the 20% night charge (10 PM to 6 AM) are extra.
Do you have cars near Sanand or do they come from Ahmedabad?
