How do I pay, and is an advance needed?
No advance is needed. You pay the driver in cash or by UPI. Booking in advance gets a 10% discount, applied on your invoice.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelling is free until the vehicle has left the garage for your pickup. After that, charges apply, including no-shows. If we cancel, you get a full refund. Refunds go by UPI or bank transfer within 24 hours.
