Bhuj as the base for two nights, a day out to the Rann, then south to the coast at Mandvi before the drive home.

What happens on each day?
Two long days at the ends, two easy Kutch days in the middle.

Ahmedabad to Bhuj
About 7.5 hours via the Surajbari bridge. An evening walk around Hamirsar lake in Bhuj.
- Day2
White Rann and Kala Dungar
Kala Dungar for the view over the Rann, the craft villages, then the White Rann at Dhordo for sunset (permit at the checkpoint, photo ID). Back to Bhuj for the night.
- Day3
Bhuj to Mandvi
The Aina Mahal and Prag Mahal in the morning, then Mandvi: the wooden-ship yards on the river, the Vijay Vilas Palace and the beach at sunset.
- Day4
Mandvi to Ahmedabad
An early start for the longest leg, about 8.5 hours, and the drop at the hotel, the station or the airport.
Your agency or the hotel arranges the driver's night stay; the driver allowance covers his food.

What does the tour cost at our public rates?
Four days at the 300 km a day minimum is 1,200 km, a little above the route's 1,120 km. With ₹1,200 driver allowance: ₹15,600 in a sedan, ₹16,800 in an Ertiga, ₹22,800 in an Innova Crysta. Agent rates are lower, on request.

Which car fits your group?
A sedan takes 4 guests, an Ertiga 6 and an Innova Crysta 7. With big suitcases on a multi-day tour, plan one seat less than the maximum. Larger groups travel in two cars or in our own Tempo Travellers and buses, quoted on call.

Planning notes
What should you plan around?
The Rann season, the long Mandvi return, and what is open on which day.
- Season: the White Rann is at its best in winter; outside it, swap day 2 for Bhuj's museums and the craft villages.
- Closing days: some Bhuj palaces and museums close one day a week; check before you fix day 3.
- Mandvi return: 460 km is the longest leg; leaving by 7 AM keeps the drive out of the night-charge hours.
- Shorter version: the 3-day Rann tour drops Mandvi.
- Combine with Saurashtra: Kutch joins Dwarka and Somnath in the 10-day Grand Gujarat tour.

Agent rates on request, a GST invoice in your agency's name, payment by bank transfer or after the trip, a monthly invoice with credit for regular agencies, and a part-advance that may be agreed for long tours.

Why stay two nights in Bhuj?
Bhuj is the nearest town with a wide choice of hotels for the Rann day, and it saves the guests from changing hotels every night.
Can the guests stay at the Rann instead of Bhuj?
Yes. Swap night 2 for the tent city or a resort at Dhordo; the kilometres change only a little.
Is Mandvi worth the extra day?
For guests who like palaces, the sea and old shipbuilding, yes. Otherwise the 3-day Rann tour is enough.
Can the tour end at Bhuj airport?
Yes. Tell us the start and end points; dropping at Bhuj saves the long drive back.
How do agencies pay?
Bank transfer, or cash or UPI after the trip; regular agencies get a monthly invoice with credit, and a part-advance may be agreed for long tours.
