What changes when a Gujarat tour crosses into Rajasthan?
Only the state tax. A Gujarat commercial car pays Rajasthan's state tax when it enters Rajasthan, and we add it to the bill at actual cost. Everything else stays the same: the same car and driver, our per-km rates with the 300 km a day minimum, and the ₹300 a day driver allowance. Agencies get agent rates on request.

State tax
How does Rajasthan state tax work?
It is a tax on the car for entering and using Rajasthan's roads, paid at the border or online, and passed on at actual cost.
- Who pays: the tax is on the car. We pay it when the car enters Rajasthan and add the exact amount to your invoice, with the receipt.
- How much: it depends on the type of car and the period. Because it changes, we do not print a figure; ask us and we tell you the current amount for your car and dates.
- In your quote: show your guests the tour price "plus state tax at actual cost", or ask us for the current figure and include it.
- Tolls and parking are extra in both states, as always.

How do you estimate a Rajasthan tour?
Like any tour: kilometres or 300 a day, whichever is more, times the rate, plus ₹300 a day; then add the state tax. The 5-day Mount Abu and Udaipur tour is ₹19,500 in a sedan at public rates, before state tax.

What are the terms for agencies?
Agent rates on request, a GST invoice in your agency's name, payment by bank transfer or after the trip, a monthly invoice with credit for regular agencies, and a part-advance that may be agreed for long tours.
