Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels is a GST- and MSME-registered transport vendor in Gujarat (since 2018, rated 4.9 on Google) that runs employee transport, dedicated cars, executive and guest cars, event and project transport and airport transfer accounts, on written agreements with one monthly GST invoice.
Short answer
Who is Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels as a transport vendor?
A transport supplier with its own fleet and drivers, a head office in Ahmedabad and a branch at the SMG plant, serving organisations across Gujarat. Every vehicle is GPS-tracked and commercially permitted; contracts are written, with an SLA and NDA when you ask; vendor audits are allowed; and billing is one monthly GST invoice, split by cost centre if you need it.
These pages are for organisations buying transport. Car owners: we run our own fleet and are not adding cars from owners at the moment (why).

Vendor, own fleet or app cabs?
Three common ways to move people. The right one depends on volume, control and paperwork.
| Transport vendor (Shiv Shakti) | Own fleet | App cabs, per ride | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who employs the drivers | The vendor | Your organisation | Each driver independently |
| Fixed routes, same driver | Yes, planned with you | Yes | No |
| Capital cost | None: you pay for use | Buying and maintaining vehicles | None |
| Backup vehicle | Sent by the vendor | You arrange it | Book another ride |
| One monthly GST invoice | Yes, by cost centre | Your own accounts | One receipt per ride |
| SLA and NDA | On request | Internal | Not usually |
General comparison for planning; app and own-fleet arrangements vary.
