What is corporate car rental by the hour?
Instead of booking each trip, your company books a car and driver for a block of time and kilometres: 4 hours / 40 km, 8 hours / 80 km or 12 hours / 120 km, or a weekly or monthly car. The driver stays with your people for the whole block. Extra kilometres are charged at ₹12 (sedan), ₹13 (Ertiga) or ₹18 (Innova Crysta) a km; extra hours are quoted on call; package prices are given on call.

Step by step
How does a company book a package?
One message is enough to start.
- Send the day. Package, area, date, start time, pickup and the number of people, by WhatsApp or call.
- Get the price. We confirm the package price and suggest the car.
- Get the driver details. Before pickup we send the driver's name, phone number and car number.
- The day runs. The driver stays with your people for the package; the duty slip records the kilometres and times.
- Invoice. A GST invoice per booking, or one monthly invoice for company accounts.
