Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels serves staff at SMG's vendor companies from its Hansalpur Circle branch next to the plant: daily staff routes and shift runs, meetings and runs to the plant, airport and hotel transfers for visitors, outstation trips and urgent 24/7 bookings, all on one monthly GST invoice that can be split by department.
A vendor unit usually ends up with three or four transport suppliers: a bus operator for shifts, a taxi for the airport, someone else for urgent trips, and employees' own claims for the rest. Putting all of it with one company gives the admin team one number, one rate card and one invoice, and gives the transport company enough work to keep vehicles close to your gate.

Yes, we sign the company's NDA or confidentiality clause.
Is there an SLA?
