Short answer
Can our unit get one monthly invoice for all trips?
Yes. Approved companies near the SMG plant get one monthly GST invoice from Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels listing every trip (date, route, kilometres, car), a monthly km and trip summary, and a split by plant, department, branch or cost centre. Payment is by bank transfer, with a credit period agreed per company.
The monthly invoice is built from the same GPS trip records we use to run the service, so a disputed trip can be checked against the record. If a trip record or an employee's details are wrong, we correct them and resend the corrected record.
We do not publish a standard credit period because it is agreed with each company. Fixed monthly packages for routes and dedicated cars are also quoted per company.
