Short answer
Can a Sanand company empanel you as a transport vendor?
Yes. Procurement teams in the Sanand estates can add Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels to their approved vendor list. We fill in your vendor form, share our GST and MSME details and vendor profile, sign a written agreement and your NDA, and can begin with a pilot route.
A second transport vendor is often added for a practical reason: a new shift, a new unit in Bol or Khoraj, or a primary vendor who cannot cover night drops or visitor cars. We are set up for that role. We can take one route, one shift or the whole requirement, and we accept vendor audits before or after you sign.
We never name our clients without their approval; ask on a call if you want references.

Questions & answers
Vendor registration questions
From procurement, admin and EHS teams.
Are you registered under GST and MSME?
Yes, both. We share the registration details directly with your procurement team for the vendor file.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign the company's NDA or confidentiality clause, and employee data is seen only by our office team and the driver on that route.
Can we start with one route?
Yes. A pilot on one route or one shift is the usual start, before the rest of the requirement.
Do you respond to tenders and RFPs?
Yes. Send the tender document and we return our registration, fleet and rate details to complete it.
Do you offer better rates for a long contract?
Yes. Long contracts and multi-vehicle requirements get better rates, quoted per company.
