How do you protect employees' personal data?
Employee names, numbers and addresses are seen only by our office team and the driver on that employee's route, and are never shared with or sold to third parties. We sign the company's NDA or confidentiality clause, keep records for the period the company sets in the agreement, and can share our written data-handling procedures.
Transport data is more sensitive than it looks. A roster with names, phone numbers, home pickup points and shift times tells anyone who holds it where a person will be standing, alone, at 5 AM. That is why we limit it to the people who need it to run the trip, and why we ask for your NDA before the roster rather than after.

Will a driver keep employees' numbers after leaving your route?
Drivers see only the details of their own route. If you need a specific rule for numbers after reassignment, write it into the agreement.
How long do you keep trip records?
For the period your company sets in the agreement.
Can you delete our data when the contract ends?
Deletion on request is not a standard commitment; tell us your requirement and we confirm what we can sign.
Do you share data with apps or aggregators?
No. Employee data is never shared with or sold to third parties.
