How are drivers on company routes managed?
Before driving for us, each driver's commercial driving licence is checked. Drivers on company routes are briefed on customer service and safe driving, do a pre-trip vehicle check every shift, get rest between duties under a daily driving-hours limit, and have their punctuality and complaints reviewed; repeat complaints lead to removal.
We are careful about what we claim. We check each driver's commercial licence; we do not claim background verification, because that is not something we can confirm for every driver. What we can show is how drivers are managed day to day: briefed before company routes, rested between duties, replaced when tired, and removed after serious or repeated complaints.

Company requests
Can a company ask for particular drivers?
Within limits, yes: female drivers are available on request, and we keep the same drivers on a route where we can, so they learn the pickups and the gate.

We will not claim
- Background or police checks on drivers
