Can you carry documents or samples between units and cities the same day?
Yes. Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels runs document and small-sample trips for companies near the SMG plant: between units locally at the ₹1,000 sedan minimum, to Mehsana (₹1,000) or to Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar (₹1,800 one way). The driver hands the packet over to the person you name.
A document run is a normal car booking with one difference: the passenger is an envelope. Give us the name and phone number of the person at the other end; the driver calls before arriving and hands the packet over in person. GPS on the car shows where the run is, and live location can be shared on request.
Tell us what the packet contains when you book. Documents and small samples that fit in a car are routine; for anything bigger or unusual, we tell you on the call whether a car is the right way to send it.

- Packet ready. Sealed and labelled at the pickup point.
- Driver collects. Driver details sent before he arrives.
- Live location. Shared on request while the run is on the road.

Can the driver wait for a signed copy?
Yes. The first 30 minutes are free, then ₹100 an hour; or book a return.
Is it cheaper than sending a person?
It is the same car fare, without the cost of an employee's day.
Can these runs go on our monthly invoice?
Yes, document and parcel runs can go on the company account.
