Can you pick our visitors up at Ahmedabad Airport and bring them to the plant?
Yes. Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels tracks the flight, meets the visitor at arrivals at Ahmedabad Airport (SVPI) with a name board on request, and drives about 110 km to the SMG plant, a vendor unit or a hotel near Becharaji. A sedan costs ₹2,500; Ertiga and Innova Crysta are quoted on call.
A visitor's first impression of your company is often the car. We send the driver's name, phone number and car number to you and to the guest before landing, so the guest knows whom to look for and your front office knows who is coming. If the flight is early or late, the pickup moves with it; you do not need to call us.
Many guests arrive late in the evening and stay in Mehsana, Ahmedabad or near Becharaji before the visit. Tell us the hotel and we can book the next morning's hotel-to-plant run at the same time.

What happens on the day of arrival?
Five steps from booking to the gate.
- Share the flight. Flight number, guest name and phone, and the drop.
- Driver details sent. Name, phone and car number to you and the guest.
- Flight tracked. Pickup time follows the actual landing.
- Meet at arrivals. At the exit, with a name board on request.
- Drop and confirm. At the gate or hotel; we confirm the drop to your desk.

International visitors often travel with large suitcases and sample cases. If in doubt, tell us the number of bags: a sedan holds two suitcases comfortably, and we suggest an Ertiga or Innova Crysta beyond that.

What if the flight is delayed?
The driver tracks the flight and the pickup time moves with the landing, at no extra charge.
Does the ₹1,700 first-ride fare apply to pickups?
No. It applies to drops from Becharaji to the airport. Airport pickups to the plant are ₹2,500 in a sedan.
Is there a night charge for late arrivals?
Yes, 20% for trips starting between 10 PM and 6 AM.
Can the driver hold a name board with our company logo?
The driver can hold a name board with the guest's name; send us the exact text you want on it.
Can we book pickups for several guests on different flights?
Yes. Send all the flights; we plan one car per arrival or combine close arrivals.
