How do supplier teams get to meetings at the SMG plant?
By booking a car with Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels from where they are: a full day from Ahmedabad (₹3,900 in a sedan, up to 300 km, return included), a one-way trip from Mehsana, or a local run from a vendor unit nearby at the ₹1,000 minimum fare. The car waits at the plant and brings the team back.
Meetings at a large plant run on the plant's clock: security entries, visitor passes, a conference room booked for a fixed slot. Arriving late because a taxi got lost on the way to the gate is the one problem you can avoid. Our drivers work around the plant every day and know where each gate is; you tell us which gate the visitor pass names.
Meetings also overrun. On a full-day booking that costs nothing extra; on a per-trip booking, the first 30 minutes of waiting are free and then ₹100 an hour, so a long review is cheaper on a full day.

Do your drivers know the plant gates?
Yes, they drive around the plant every day. Tell us the gate on the visitor pass and the driver goes to that one.
What if the meeting runs long?
On a full-day booking there is no extra charge. On a per-trip booking, 30 minutes of waiting are free, then ₹100 an hour.
Can the car take us to a second meeting at a vendor unit?
Yes. Add it to the booking; it is part of the day on a full-day hire.
Can the meeting trip go on our company account?
Yes, with a GST invoice per trip or on your monthly invoice.
