Can we get a cab urgently, at any hour, near the SMG plant?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels on +91 99745 30788 at any hour; our branch at Hansalpur Circle is next to the SMG plant and a car is sent as soon as one is free. Urgent trips cost the same as booked ones: ₹12, ₹13 or ₹18 per km, the per-car minimum, and 20% extra only between 10 PM and 6 AM.
We do not promise a fixed arrival time for an urgent call, because it depends on which car is free at that moment. What we do promise is an honest answer: when you call, we tell you whether a car can come and roughly when, so you can decide straight away. For trips you know about in advance, booking ahead is always the surer way.

Is there an extra charge for urgent bookings?
No. Only the 20% night charge for trips starting between 10 PM and 6 AM.
How fast will the car come?
We do not promise a fixed time; when you call we tell you honestly whether a car is free and when it can come.
Can the employee pay and the company reimburse?
Yes, every trip has a GST invoice; or it goes on the company account.
Do we need to pay in advance?
No advance is needed.
Is it an ambulance service?
No. For a medical emergency call an ambulance; we can take someone who is fit to travel in a car to a hospital.
