How do you plan transport for a unit with three shifts?
Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels plans each shift change as its own run: the outgoing shift is dropped and the incoming shift picked up, often by the same vehicles. Vehicles are sized to each shift's headcount, runs starting between 10 PM and 6 AM carry the 20% night charge, and the whole plan is one monthly package with a GST invoice.
The efficient part of a three-shift plan is the overlap. The vehicle that brings the incoming shift to the gate takes the outgoing shift home, so one vehicle does two jobs at each change. That only works if the shift times leave enough room for the drive, so we look at your timings and the towns before proposing vehicles.
Headcounts are rarely equal across shifts: the general and first shifts are usually the largest, the night shift the smallest. We size each run separately, so you are not paying for a bus at 2 AM to carry five people.

Can one vehicle drop one shift and pick up the next?
Yes, when the timings allow, which keeps the number of vehicles down.
What about general-shift office staff?
They can share the first-shift runs or get their own run; tell us their timings.
How are shift changes and overtime handled?
Through the cut-off time you set; late changes are handled as single trips if a car is free.
