Waiting: the first 30 minutes are free, then ₹100 an hour. If the traveller is held at the gate, tell us and we keep the car.

What does a cab from the plant gate cost?
Choose a one-way drop or a full day, the place and the car.
For Mandal, Sitapur, Hansalpur, Viramgam, Detroj, Dalod, Kadi and Sanand we confirm the kilometres and the fare on call. The minimum fare per booking is ₹1,000 in a sedan, ₹1,100 in an Ertiga and ₹1,500 in an Innova Crysta.

- Get the fare and car. We confirm the car and the indicative fare before the booking.
- Receive driver details. Driver name, phone and car number before pickup.
- Meet at the gate. The driver waits where security allows and calls the traveller on arrival.
- Travel and pay. Cash or UPI, or on the company account with a GST invoice.

Two kinds of pickup
How is a staff pickup different from a visitor pickup?
Staff walk out with an ID card; visitors usually have to sign in, collect a pass and be met. The car plan is different for each.
Staff pickups and drops
Staff know the gate and the timing, so a staff pickup is simple: the car is at the gate a few minutes before the shift ends and leaves when the group is in. For a group that leaves together every day, a fixed shift route on a monthly plan costs less than a cab each evening.
For a single late drop, book an on-call car. The driver's name, phone and car number come to the traveller before pickup, and live location can be shared during the trip.
Visitor pickups
A visitor's day starts somewhere else: the airport, an Ahmedabad hotel, a station or a hotel in Becharaji. The car brings the visitor to the visitor gate in time for the pass, waits or comes back at the end of the meeting, and drops the visitor to the next stop.
For a one-day visit with several stops, a full-day car (up to 300 km with the driver, ₹3,900 in a sedan) is usually cheaper than separate one-way trips. Airport arrivals come with flight tracking and a name board on request.
The same applies at the other units in the industrial area. If your visitor goes to more than one plant on the same day, list the stops when you book and we plan one car for the whole day.

Is Honda your client?
We name the Honda two-wheeler plant as a place where we pick up and drop. We do not present any company as our client without its approval.
Which gate will the driver come to?
The gate you give us when you book. If you are not sure, tell us whether you are staff or a visitor and the driver will call you on arrival.
Can the driver come inside the plant?
Only where the plant security allows. Usually the driver waits at the gate or the visitor parking.
How much is a cab from the plant to Ahmedabad Airport?
About ₹1,440 one way in a sedan, ₹1,560 in an Ertiga and ₹2,160 in an Innova Crysta, for about 80 km. Tolls, parking and the night charge are extra.
Can I book a cab at midnight after my shift?
Yes, we run 24/7. Trips that start between 10 PM and 6 AM carry a 20% night charge.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No advance is needed. Pay by cash or UPI after the trip; companies can pay by bank transfer on a monthly invoice.
How far is the plant area from Becharaji and Ahmedabad?
Vithalapur is about 25 km from Becharaji and about 80 km from Ahmedabad, about 2 hours by road.
What if the meeting runs late and the car has to wait?
The first 30 minutes of waiting are free, then ₹100 an hour. For long or uncertain meetings, a full-day car is usually cheaper.
