By day a big route uses fixed pickup points. At night you can ask for drops at the door, or at a lit point the employee chooses.
Wait until inside
The driver can be asked to wait until the employee is inside the house or the gate before leaving.
Who gets told
If a night run is delayed, our office calls or WhatsApps your coordinator at once. Tell us who should get those calls at night.
