A smooth visit
What should the host team arrange before the visit?
A few details from the host team make the visit run without phone calls on the day.
Before the day
- The guests' names and mobile numbers, so the driver can call on arrival.
- Flight numbers or hotel names, and the time the guests must be at the gate.
- Which gate the car should use, and whether the guests need passes first.
- Who at the unit we call if a flight is late or the plan changes.
On the day
- The driver's name, phone and car number reach you and the guests before pickup.
- Live location can be shared with the host team during the drive.
- If the audit runs late, tell us; on a full day the car simply waits.
- Changes to the plan go to our office by phone or WhatsApp; the driver does not change the trip without office approval.
