Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels keeps dedicated cars with drivers at units in the Vithalapur industrial area on monthly plans: a sedan, an Ertiga or an Innova Crysta, with a backup car if it breaks down, GPS tracking and one monthly GST invoice. The price depends on the car, hours, days and kilometres, so it is quoted for your unit.
A dedicated car changes how a unit works. The admin team stops phoning around when a manager needs to reach Becharaji or a visitor has to be collected from Ahmedabad; the car and the driver are already there. The driver learns your gates, your people and the roads to your suppliers, and the car is on the GPS map whenever you want to know where it is.
It also changes how the cost is counted. With per-trip bookings, every short run pays the minimum fare (₹1,000 in a sedan) and every long day is priced on its own. With a dedicated car you pay one agreed monthly amount for the car being yours, and the trips inside it stop being separate decisions.

The car
- Air-conditioned, commercially permitted and insured; papers shown to your company on request.
- Fire extinguisher, working seat belts and a spare tyre with jack and tools.
- Serviced and checked on a regular schedule; service records per car can be shared.
- GPS tracking, with a login to our tracking portal on request.
The driver and the backup
- Commercial driving licence checked before driving for us; briefed on customer service and safe driving.
- A pre-trip vehicle check before each duty; a tired driver is replaced.
- A backup car on breakdown or driver absence, typically within about an hour.
- A driver with a serious complaint is taken off your duty.
Your company can inspect the car before signing and audit us as a vendor. Employee details are seen only by our office team and the driver, and we sign your NDA or confidentiality clause.

How do we start a dedicated car plan?

- Get the monthly quote. Price and terms in writing; better rates for long contracts or several cars.
- Inspect and agree. See the car and papers, then sign a written agreement; a trial period is possible.
- Car arrives at the unit. Driver details shared with your admin team; the car starts duty.
- Monthly invoice. One GST invoice, split by department or cost centre if you want; bank transfer.

How much does a dedicated car cost per month?
It depends on the car, the hours a day, the days a week and the kilometres, so we quote for your unit. Send those details and we reply with a monthly price in writing.
Is it the same driver every day?
We try to keep the same driver on your car, so the driver learns your gates and people. On leave days or a breakdown, a replacement driver or backup car is sent.
What happens if the car breaks down?
A backup car is sent; it typically reaches within about an hour. The backup plan for your unit is agreed when the plan starts.
Can the car do night duty?
Yes. Trips between 10 PM and 6 AM carry the 20% night charge, which is built into the quote if you tell us the night duty up front.
How is it billed?
One monthly GST invoice, paid by bank transfer, with a credit period agreed for approved companies. Invoices can list every trip and be split by department or cost centre.
Can we try it before signing a contract?
Yes. A trial or pilot period is possible, and the contract length is agreed with your company; there is no fixed term.
Can we have two cars, one sedan and one Innova Crysta?
Yes. Several cars can be kept at one unit or at different units of the same company, on one plan with better rates.
