Do you provide employee transport in Sanand GIDC?
Yes. Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels plans and runs daily employee pickup and drop for units in the Sanand estates, for one shift or all three, seven days a week. Routes follow your shift timings, the bill is per vehicle and month on a GST invoice, and a trial on a single route is possible.
A Sanand plant usually draws staff from three directions at once: Ahmedabad's western suburbs for engineers and office staff, Sanand town and the villages around the estates for operators, and the Bavla and Viramgam sides for people who would otherwise ride a two-wheeler for an hour each way. One bus route rarely fits all of them. We build the plan the other way round: start from where people live and when each shift changes, then pick the smallest set of vehicles that covers it.
Sizing
Which vehicles suit how many employees?
Match the vehicle to the headcount on each route, not to the whole shift. A shift of 30 spread over four areas is better served by a few cars and one Tempo Traveller than by one half-empty bus.

Day to day
What does a daily transport contract include?
More than cars. The parts that keep a shift running are the backup plan, the reports and one person who answers when something changes at 2 AM.
GPS portal for your team
Your admin or HR team gets a login to see live locations and trip history, plus a daily trip report by email.
Backup car, agreed in advance
If a car breaks down or a driver is absent, a backup typically reaches the shift within about an hour. The backup plan is agreed per location.
Your cut-off times
You set the cut-off for adding or removing employees from tomorrow's routes.
Driver checks
Licence checked before a driver joins, pre-trip vehicle check every shift, rest between duties.
One coordinator
Large accounts get one named coordinator for every change and escalation.
Reports when you ask for them
Trip-wise records in Excel or PDF, a monthly review of trips, delays and complaints, utilisation reports (vehicle use, seat occupancy, spend per plant) and fuel use per vehicle are all available on request. On-time targets and service credits can be written into your contract.

- Sign a written agreement. Timings, vehicles, responsibilities and renewal in writing; length agreed per company. We sign your NDA if needed.
- Run a trial route. Start with one route or one shift so your team can see how we work.
- Roll out and review. Add the remaining routes, then review trips, delays and complaints each month.
Money
How is daily employee transport billed?
Per vehicle and month, on a written quote, with a GST invoice. Because the charge is per vehicle and not per head, a day with lower attendance does not change the bill.

What HR, admin and procurement teams ask first.
Can you run all three shifts, including Sundays?
Yes. We run morning, general and night shifts every day of the week, including Sundays and public holidays, with the 20% night charge applying to trips between 10 PM and 6 AM.
Is employee transport charged per person?
No. Charges are per vehicle and trip, or per vehicle per month in a contract, so the bill does not change when fewer people ride on a given day.
What happens if a car breaks down before a shift?
We send a backup car, which typically reaches a plant shift within about an hour, and call or WhatsApp your coordinator straight away. A written log of breakdowns and replacement cars is kept.
Can our HR team see where the cars are?
Yes. Companies can get a login to our GPS tracking portal for live locations and trip history, and a daily trip report by email.
Who sees our employees' names and addresses?
Only our office team and the driver on that route. The data is never shared with or sold to anyone, and we sign your NDA or confidentiality clause.
Can we start small?
Yes. A trial or pilot period is possible: one route or one shift first, then the rest once you are happy.
