How does the airport pickup work?
You book with the flight number, we watch the flight, and the driver is waiting when you come out. If the flight is late, the pickup moves with it.

Fares are one way for about 35 km; each car is at its minimum fare (sedan ₹1,000, Ertiga ₹1,100, Innova Crysta ₹1,500). A landing between 10 PM and 6 AM adds 20%. Tolls and airport parking are extra.
When plans change
What happens if the flight is late or you are delayed inside?
A late flight costs you nothing extra, because the pickup follows the actual landing time. Once you have landed, the first 30 minutes are free and then waiting is ₹100 an hour.
Flight delayed
We track the flight, so a two-hour delay simply moves the driver's arrival by two hours. You do not need to call us. If the flight is diverted or cancelled, message us and we rebook or cancel; there is no charge unless the car has already left the garage.
Slow baggage or immigration
International arrivals often take longer to clear. The free 30 minutes start when you land; after that we charge ₹100 an hour. If you know it will be slow, message the driver from the baggage belt so they can plan, and so the people waiting at the plant know when to expect you.

Yes. Companies can book by WhatsApp or email and get one monthly GST invoice, with each pickup listed by date, route and car and split by department if needed.
Is the regular ₹2,500 airport fare for Becharaji the same as for Sanand?
No. ₹2,500 is our regular sedan fare for the much longer Ahmedabad Airport to Becharaji route. Sanand is about 35 km from the airport, so a sedan is ₹1,000.
