Can you provide a car for visitors to a Sanand plant?
Yes. We provide cars with drivers for visitors to Sanand units, from a single airport pickup to a car that stays with the guests for several days. Most companies choose the Innova Crysta for senior visitors; a sedan works for one person. Your company is billed by GST invoice.
The car is the first part of your plant a visitor sees. An auditor who waits forty minutes at arrivals, or a customer whose driver cannot find the right gate, starts the visit on the wrong foot. We plan a visit the way your admin team would: we know the flight, the hotel, the gate and the meeting times before the visitor lands, and the driver has them too.

A visitor arriving or leaving between 10 PM and 6 AM pays the 20% night charge on that leg. Tolls and parking extra. We quote the whole plan before the visit.

How do you book a car for a visit?
Send the visit plan once. We return a quote by leg or by day and confirm the drivers before the visitors arrive.

- Choose the car. Innova Crysta for groups or senior guests, sedan for one person.
- Get the quote. By leg or by full day, whichever suits the plan.
- Confirm the drivers. Driver details sent to you and the visitors before arrival.
- Invoice after the visit. One GST invoice for the whole visit.

Which car is best for senior visitors?
The Innova Crysta: seven seats, room for luggage and the most comfortable of our cars for a long plant day. It costs ₹18/km.
Can the same car and driver stay with the visitors for three days?
Yes. Book full days with the car; each day is billed on a 300 km minimum, and the same driver stays with the group where possible.
Do your drivers speak English?
Our team speaks English, Gujarati and Hindi. Tell us the visitor's language and we brief the driver and keep our office on call for anything the driver cannot handle.
Can you arrange the plant gate pass?
Gate passes are issued by your company. We send you the car number and driver's name in advance so security can prepare the pass.
Can the visit be billed to a different department?
Yes. The invoice can be split by plant, department or cost centre, and executive travel can be billed separately from staff transport.
