Can you pick up staff from Bavla, Viramgam and the villages near Sanand?
Yes. We run shift routes to the Sanand estates from Sanand town, the villages around the estates, Bavla (about 19 km) and Viramgam (about 40 km). Vehicles are sized to each route, and the company pays per vehicle on a monthly invoice.
Operators, apprentices, contract workers and ITI trainees mostly come from nearby, and they are the people most likely to ride a crowded shared auto or a two-wheeler to work. A fixed shift route gives a plant three things in return: everyone arrives together before the shift, absenteeism from missed transport drops, and the HR team knows exactly who is on which vehicle.

How do you start local staff routes?
Share where staff live and when shifts change; we return a route plan, vehicles and a monthly quote, and can trial one route first.
- Share the home areas. Town or village for each person, grouped by shift.
- Agree pickup points. Door pickups for small groups, collection points for big ones.
- Fix timings. Pickups worked back from the shift change and the gate in use.
- Trial a route. Run one route for a trial period before the rest.
- Run and review. Monthly review of trips, delays and complaints.

Do you have buses for staff routes?
Yes. We run our own Tempo Travellers and buses; seats and rates are quoted on call for your route.
Can contract workers or trainees use the same routes?
Yes. Whoever the company puts on the route list rides; we bill the company per vehicle.
How far is Viramgam from the Sanand estates?
About 40 km by road (the rail distance from Sanand is about 37 km), roughly an hour's drive.
Can a route stop in several villages?
Yes. We plan the pickup order so the vehicle passes each village once and still reaches the gate before the shift.
What if a village road is not suitable for a bus?
We use smaller vehicles for those pickups, or agree a collection point on the main road with your team.
