Who is responsible for what?

What goes in the scope of work?
The routes or pickup areas, the shift and reporting times, the vehicles per route, the plants or offices served, and how changes are requested. It is the document your team and ours both run from.
Can employee transport and business travel be on separate terms?
Yes. Daily employee transport and executive or guest travel can sit in separate agreements or separate schedules of one agreement, and they are billed separately either way.
