Which car do companies choose for guests?
For directors and senior guests, most companies book the Innova Crysta for space and comfort on the 110 km drive to the plants around Becharaji. For a single guest going into Ahmedabad, a sedan is often enough.

How does the host stay informed?
We send the driver's name, phone number and car number to the host and the guest before pickup. During the drive we can share the car's live location with the host, so the reception team knows when the guest will arrive.
Tell us the guest's name exactly as it should appear on the board, and whether the board should show your company name.
Can the guest keep the car for meetings?
Yes. The same car and driver can stay with the guest for the day: airport, hotel, plant visit, meetings and back. A full day out of town is billed on at least 300 km plus ₹300 for the driver.
