How do companies book staff airport transfers?
The company's travel or admin coordinator sends the employee's name, phone number, flight and pickup point. We confirm the car and send the driver's details to both the employee and the coordinator.

Can the pickup go straight to the plant gate?
Yes. We drop arriving staff at the gate they work at, at hostels or guest houses, or at home, and collect departing staff from the plant at shift end for their flight.
Because the plants run shifts around the clock, many staff fly at night or early morning; we run 24/7, with the 20% night charge between 10 PM and 6 AM on standard trips. See early-morning flights.
How is staff airport travel billed?
Each trip can be invoiced separately with a GST invoice, or, for approved company accounts, all trips in a month go on one consolidated invoice, payable by bank transfer within the agreed credit period.
