When is a name board useful?

When the person landing has never met the driver: a company guest, an auditor, a senior visitor, an NRI family member or a first-time traveller. It saves phone calls in a crowded arrivals area.

What do you need to send for a guest pickup?

The guest's name as it should appear on the board, their phone number, the flight number and date, and where they are going. Add your own number so we can update you as host.

We send the driver's name, phone number and car number to both you and your guest before the pickup. During the drive we can share the car's live location with you, so you know when the guest will reach the plant or office.

How do companies book guest pickups regularly?

Companies that receive visitors often can book each pickup by WhatsApp or email and receive a GST invoice; approved company accounts can have all airport transfers on one monthly invoice.
