How arrival pickup works at SVPI
Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International (SVPI) Airport in Ahmedabad is the main gateway into northern Gujarat, and a lot of our bookings start with someone landing there rather than boarding there. Arrival pickup is simple in principle: we track your flight, a driver is at the arrivals exit close to your landing time, and you walk out to a car that is already waiting rather than hunting for a cab in the parking area.
This works the same whether you are flying into Ahmedabad for a business trip, visiting family in Becharaji or Mehsana district, or starting a Gujarat holiday. Share your flight number, date and pickup name when you book, and the rest is handled on our side.
Flight tracking & delays
Flights land early, late, or get delayed by hours, and a pickup that assumes the scheduled time wastes everyone's time. We track your flight number against its actual status, so the driver adjusts the pickup time automatically. A flight running two hours late does not mean a car sitting idle at the curb for two hours, and it does not mean you land to find nobody there either.
This applies to both the fixed-fare Becharaji route and any Ahmedabad-city pickup billed per km — flight tracking is included either way, at no extra charge.
Meeting your driver
Once you land, collect your luggage and walk out through the arrivals exit. Our driver waits just outside with a name board when you ask for one at booking — useful for a first visit, a guest you have not met before, or simply so you are not scanning a crowd of drivers for your name. The driver helps with luggage to the car, and you are on the road within minutes of stepping outside.

Domestic vs international arrivals
SVPI has separate terminals for domestic and international arrivals, and pickup instructions differ slightly between the two — mainly how long immigration and customs add to the time between landing and walking out. For international arrivals we build in extra buffer on the pickup timing to account for immigration queues.

First time at SVPI airport?
If this is your first visit to Ahmedabad, or you are unfamiliar with the airport layout, arrival pickup is designed to remove that uncertainty. You do not need to know which exit to use, how to find a prepaid taxi counter, or negotiate a fare with an unknown driver — the car, the driver and the rate are already fixed before you land.
Elderly parents, solo travellers and anyone visiting Gujarat for the first time can call ahead and confirm the pickup arrangement, so there is one less thing to plan on arrival day.

- Tell us your drop point. Becharaji, an Ahmedabad address, or straight onward to an outstation destination.
- We track the flight. The driver's pickup time adjusts automatically to your actual landing time.
- Meet your car at arrivals. With a name board if you asked for one, and help with luggage.
