How do you handle transport for an audit team near the SMG plant?
Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels books one car per audit day, so the team moves between the plant and vendor units on the timetable: ₹3,900 a day in a sedan or ₹5,700 in an Innova Crysta, up to 300 km with the driver allowance. Arrival from the airport, station or hotel can be added.
An audit schedule is usually fixed weeks in advance and tight on the day: an opening meeting at one unit, a process walk at another, a closing meeting back at the first. Losing twenty minutes between units means a shorter audit or a longer day. With a car that stays with the team, the next unit is one short drive away and nobody waits for a taxi.
