Do you drop staff home after a night shift at the SMG plant?
Yes. Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels picks up and drops staff at the SMG plant and vendor units at any hour. Every car has GPS, the driver's name, phone and car number are sent before pickup, live location can be shared with your coordinator, and female drivers are available on request. Trips between 10 PM and 6 AM carry a 20% night charge.
Night transport is where companies set their own rules, and we follow them: some want the driver to wait until the employee is inside, some want the women on a route dropped first or last, some want a call to the coordinator when the last drop is done. Write the rules into the route plan and the driver gets them with the route.
Employees can also report a safety concern confidentially, directly to the owner. Drivers may not change an assigned trip without office approval, and the GPS record shows any change.

How does a night drop run?
The same five steps every night.
- Roster before the cut-off. HR confirms who leaves at which time.
- Driver details out. Name, phone and car number to staff and coordinator.
- Pickup at the gate. At the time agreed; GPS tracking from the start.
- Drops in agreed order. Following your company's drop rules.
- Last drop reported. The office calls or WhatsApps the coordinator if anything is delayed.

What checks do your drivers go through?
Each driver's commercial driving licence is checked before they drive for us, and drivers are briefed on safe driving and customer service before company routes.
