How do you keep women employees safe on staff transport?
With confirmed, practical steps: female drivers on request, door-to-door drops, the driver's name, phone and car number sent before every pickup, live location sharing and GPS on every car, drivers who may not change a trip without office approval, and a way for employees to report concerns confidentially to the owner.
Many company policies ask that a woman employee is never the last person dropped at night, or that a route changes order so she is dropped first. Those are route-planning choices, and we build them into the plan when your policy asks for them. What we will not do is promise something we have not confirmed, such as security escorts; if your policy needs one, we say plainly what can be arranged rather than leave a gap.
