Can we set our own drop-off rules?

Yes. Tell us your company's instructions, for example the order of drops on a night route, drop at the door rather than the main road, or which groups travel separately, and we brief the drivers on those routes.

• Drop order: agreed per route.
• Exact drop point: door, gate or a named landmark.
• Separate groups: different vehicles for different groups if your policy needs it.
• Coordinator updates: live location shared on the routes you choose.

What about late-night drops?

Night drops use the same measures, with live location shared with the coordinator and a female driver on request. Many companies ask for these on routes that end after midnight.

How do you know an employee has reached the drop point?

The coordinator can follow the car's live location to the drop point. If your policy needs a further confirmation step, tell us what you need and we agree how it works on your routes.
