Short answer
Can you run daily up-down transport for staff at a unit near the SMG plant?
Yes. Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels plans fixed daily routes for each shift from the towns where your staff live, such as Mehsana, Kadi, Viramgam, Chanasma, Patan, Becharaji and Ahmedabad, to the SMG plant gates and the vendor units. Vehicles range from sedans to our own buses, priced as a monthly package with one GST invoice.
A daily route has to work on the worst day, not the average one: a monsoon morning, a driver who reports sick, a shift that ends late. That is why we agree three things before the first run: the route and pickup points, the backup plan for a breakdown or an absent driver, and the cut-off time by which your HR team tells us about changes. After that, the route runs every working day without daily phone calls.

Questions & answers
Daily staff transport questions
From HR and admin teams.
How is a daily route priced?
As a monthly package for the route, the vehicle and the shifts; packages are quoted per company.
Is it charged per employee?
No, per vehicle. A lower attendance day does not change the bill.
What if a vehicle breaks down?
We send a backup car; for a plant shift it typically arrives within about an hour, under a backup plan agreed in advance.
How do we add or remove staff?
Tell us before the cut-off time you set; the route is updated from the next run.
Can you share where the vehicle is?
Yes. Every car has GPS, and companies can get a login to the tracking portal and a daily trip report by email.
