Door pickups suit small groups and late-night drops; agreed points suit bigger routes, because they cut the time the vehicle spends in lanes and keep the run shorter for everyone.

How are pickup points agreed?
Send the list of home areas (not personal data you do not want to share) and the headcount from each. We propose pickup points and times; the company approves them before the routes start.
