What does a fixed route look like?
A short list of pickup points with times, ending at the plant gate before the shift starts. Staff know exactly when to be at their point.
| Stop | Example time |
|---|---|
| Point 1 (landmark) | 5:10 AM |
| Point 2 (landmark) | 5:20 AM |
| Point 3 (landmark) | 5:35 AM |
| Plant gate | 6:00 AM for the shift start |
An illustration only; your route is built from your points and shift time.
Why do companies choose fixed routes?
Predictability. Staff arrive on time because the plan never changes without notice; vehicles run fuller because pickups are grouped; and the monthly cost is known in advance.
How are fixed routes changed?
When staff join, leave or move, tell us ahead of the day; we update the points and times and send the new plan to the coordinator for approval.
