How long does collecting luggage usually take?
It varies with the flight and the day. A domestic arrival with checked bags often takes a while at the belt; an international arrival adds immigration and customs. The free 30 minutes after landing covers most domestic arrivals, and we plan extra time for international ones.

What if your bag is delayed or lost?
Call the driver and let them know; if you have to file a report at the airline desk, the driver waits. After the first 30 minutes, waiting is ₹100 an hour.
If it will take a long time, you can also ask us whether it is better for the car to come back later; we confirm what that costs before deciding.
Will the driver help with heavy bags?
Yes. The driver helps carry your luggage from the arrivals exit to the car and loads it. If you have many bags or large suitcases, tell us when you book so we send an Ertiga or Innova Crysta with more space.
