How Ahmedabad airport taxi fares work
Airport taxi pricing is confusing on most booking apps, with surge pricing, convenience fees and rates that change by the minute. Ours is simpler: one fixed fare for the Becharaji route, and clear per-km rates for anywhere starting in Ahmedabad city, published on this page and quoted the same way every time you call.
There are two ways an airport trip gets priced with us, depending on where it starts.
Becharaji to airport: fixed fare
If your trip starts or ends in Becharaji, Hansalpur, or nearby in Mehsana district, the fare to or from Ahmedabad Airport is a fixed ₹2500, in either direction, regardless of vehicle. This fixed fare includes flight tracking and meet & greet at no extra cost. It is the same rate every time — no negotiation, no surge for early-morning or late-night travel (the fixed fare already accounts for that).

From Ahmedabad city: per-km rates
If your trip starts somewhere in Ahmedabad itself — a home, hotel or office — rather than Becharaji, it does not qualify for the fixed fare, since the fixed fare is specifically for the Becharaji-Ahmedabad corridor. Instead it is billed at our standard per-km rate for the vehicle you choose, calculated on the actual distance from your pickup point to SVPI.

Advance bookings get a 10% discount on the applicable fare. One-way trips (pay one side only) save 40–50% versus a round trip where you only need the car in one direction.
Night charge, waiting time & tolls
A few standard terms apply on top of the base fare, the same as every other trip we run:
- Night charge: +20% on pickups or drops between 10 PM and 6 AM.
- Waiting time: first 30 minutes free (useful if your flight is late or you are collecting luggage), then ₹100/hour after that.
- Tolls and parking: extra at actual cost, not included in the per-km rate or the fixed fare.
- Payment: cash or UPI only, no advance needed, GST invoice available.
How to book at these rates
- Tell us your pickup point. Becharaji/Mehsana district, or an Ahmedabad address.
- We confirm the exact fare. Fixed ₹2500 for the Becharaji route, or per-km for an Ahmedabad pickup.
- Share your flight details. We track the flight so the fare and pickup time stay accurate.
- Pay cash or UPI after the trip, with a GST invoice if you need one.
